Biometrics are methods of authenticating the identity of a person based on physiological or behavioral characteristics. Sequiam's leading edge engineering group has developed its patented biometric technology to read and match fingerprints with unmatched speed with precision accuracy.

Better Biometrics:

Unlike other biometric products, Sequiam uses an AC capacitive swipe sensor technology to read deeper and look at the live layer of skin beneath the surface of the finger in order to authenticate. This technology ignores most non-living material (dirt, oil, even calluses) that might interfere with lower quality sensors. Other biometric sensors simply take a picture of the fingerprint surface making it easy to spoof and hard to authenticate under a variety of conditions.
